Hot Painting!

Yup, this is a true story. This little incident happened a few years ago and I always thought it was funny. I decided to make it a single panel comic inspired by the comics Playboy publish.

I also included a close up because I work larger than the final size of the image I post, so a lot of detail go unnoticed. Well, I think it goes unnoticed, like the sweat drops on my friends back. (Yes, I'm the one with a shirt on.) =P

Anniversary Strip

Maybe it's the hot weather that makes it hard to keep up with work and such...Anyway, I made this little mini strip for my anniversary. A gift to my hubby. Thought I'd share it since it wasn't too personal. ;)

Space Comic Finale Part 8: Vampire Zombies in Space!

We've finally reached the end and it was a fun ride! (At least for me it was!) The comic itself might not continue as I plan to work on other projects but it doesn't mean its the last you'll see of it.
As mentioned before the original pages are on display at the Museum of Cartoon and Comic Art until May 30th. Check the website for details!

Space Comic Part 1

I came up with a short idea, and like always, once I put it on paper, it ends up being pages long. To make sure I finished, I kept this mini comic in a format I was comfortable with, "widescreen format." My work in animation influenced me working this way, and since I planned to have it viewed on the blog, I figured it would read well vertically.

I'm celebrating my first anniversary! Boy does time does fly. I got some great gifts that I still use today but the most special ones to me, where the ones made by my friends. I don't like getting mushy but it did bring a tear to my eye. Many tears. Of joy!

These comic strips were made by my bestest of friends, who have known Rob and myself for a long time as a couple. They actually represent true incidents. Atleast the ones that involved me. Heh.
