The arts and hobbies of Melissa DeJesus.
I have to say I have a bit of preference towards the first with the gray tones but in and out side the house, like the power is out and reflects the futility in the fact that you have no control and that there is nothing to do, except admire the effects of her Wonder Bra. I do like the warm tones of the interior is the second though, for contrast mostly. I get the sense looking at her pose in the second that she is waiting for someone who is out there in the midst of the storm.
Thank you for the well thought out comment! I spent a lot of time struggling with the shadows. Little changes can make all the difference.I'm really happy to hear your opinion. ^__^ Thanks again!
My pleasure. I'm glad to have been of service. As a budding illustrator myself, I can understand the value of a good critique.
